Eco-building materials  ·  Made from diverted waste

Two steps off every wall you build.

ECOBLOCK interlocks, so courses align without a string line, and the moulded face is the finish — no plastering, either side. Same crew, same day, fewer trades. Manufactured from municipal waste recovered at our own facilities, to a tested 700 PSI.

CONVENTIONAL HOLLOW BLOCK Lay Plaster face 1 Plaster face 2 Paint + cement, sand, plasterer, cure time + mortar lost into the large voids ECOBLOCK — INTERLOCKING Lay Paint two steps removed, both faces finished + smaller voids, so less mortar per course
The saving is not in the block price. It is in the two trades, the cement and sand, and the cure time that come off the programme.

01  ·  The range

Three families, one feedstock.

Everything here is manufactured from material recovered at a Nexuz Circular Economy Center. Custom sizes are cut to order.

An ECOBLOCK interlocking structural block

ECOBLOCK structural block

Interlocking · self-finished

Alternative to conventional hollow block. The moulded face is the finish, so neither side needs plastering, and the interlock aligns each course without a string line.

Lightweight artificial aggregate from the Eco-Aggregate Series

Eco-Aggregate Series

Lightweight artificial aggregate

Structural aggregate engineered from recyclable waste, cutting dead load without giving up compressive resilience. For structural concrete, masonry units and precast.

Eco Pavers with a plain, smooth finish

Eco Paver — plain finish

Ultra-low water absorption

For high-traffic commercial and industrial zones where the surface has to be swept, washed and driven on. Outperforms standard concrete on compressive strength.

Eco Pavers with a rough, permeable finish

Eco Paver — rough & pervious

Slip-resistant · draining

Textured and permeable, so stormwater passes through the surface instead of pooling on it. Specified where runoff and standing water are the problem.

An intermediary slotted concrete post

Slotted concrete post

Intermediary · four sections

Takes panels on both sides without brackets. Four square sections so the post is specified to the panel run and the exposure, not the other way round.

03  ·  The economics

Roughly 10% off, and almost none of it is the block price.

Compare on the wall, not on the unit. Four line items come off a conventional build, and three of them are labour and consumables.

No plastering

Both faces are finished out of the mould. That removes the plasterer, the cement, the sand and the cure days from between laying and painting.

Less mortar

A conventional hollow block has large voids, and every course loses bed mortar down into them. ECOBLOCK’s hollows are much smaller, so the mortar stays on the block instead of falling through it — less cement per square metre, and less of it swept off the slab at the end of the day.

Faster laying

Courses self-align, so a crew lays without a string line and without correcting drift. Same crew, more wall per day.

Fewer trades on site

The programme shortens where trades no longer have to queue behind each other — usually worth more than the material saving itself.

04  ·  Provenance

Every block has a catchment.

The material was your municipality's waste before it was your wall.

Mason Bee is the manufacturing arm of Nexuz Group. Feedstock comes from Circular Economy Centers we design, build and operate — municipal solid waste that was separated, washed, compounded and moulded within the same province it was collected in.

For a contractor that is a supply-chain fact: shorter haul, local availability, and a delivery note that says where the material came from. For an LGU buying back its own diverted waste, it is the point of the whole exercise.

And it does not have to carry our name.

Every product on this page can be supplied white label — your brand on the delivery, your logo on the documentation, and the diversion certificate issued in your programme's name rather than ours.

For a developer with a published sustainability commitment, or an LGU running its own green-build label, that turns a material purchase into a line in the programme. The waste diverted is counted against your target, and the wall it becomes carries your mark.

05  ·  Ordering

How buying works.

Quote against a schedule

Send a bill of quantities or a rough area and we quote to it. We would rather price your actual run than publish a rate that does not survive contact with your site.

Lead time follows the run

Stock lines dispatch from the nearest facility. Custom sizes and volume runs are scheduled into production and confirmed in writing before you commit.

Delivery from the nearest CEC

Freight is quoted from whichever facility is closest to site — one of the reasons a local catchment matters to the landed cost.

Test certificates included

Compressive strength certificates issue with delivery, so the material clears inspection without a separate testing round.

06  ·  Request a quote

Tell us the wall, not the block.

Area, run length or a bill of quantities — whichever you have. We quote landed to site from the nearest facility.

Quote request received.

We'll come back within 2 working days with a landed price from the nearest facility, and confirm lead time before you commit to anything.
